How do I shop?

Shopping at SODA&POP.com.au is really easy;

  1. Browse – browse our online store to view all of our wonderful items.
  2. View – view the individual items you like to see all colour and size options.
  3. Add to Cart – add all of the items you would like to purchase to your shopping cart.
  4. View Cart – check your order for any mistakes. You can add or remove items as you like.
  5. Checkout – complete your details, include a different shipping address if required, enter any coupon codes and place your order.
  6. Pay – you’ll be directed to a PayPal window to complete your purchase. Simply sign in to your PayPal account [if you have one] or enter your payment information. Click on ‘Pay Now’ to complete your purchase.
What payment options do I have?

Your financial information is important and must be kept private and secure. That’s why we accept online payments through PayPal.

Is PayPal safe to use?

PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is not shared with the merchant.

How do I pay through PayPal?

Simply select the ‘PayPal’ payment option when you checkout. PayPal accepts Credit or Debit Cards [VISA & MasterCard only], Bank Transfers or PayPal Balance.

Do I get a receipt?

Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for your transaction from PayPal.

What are your shipping rates?

Our standard flat rate shipping fee is $8.00 [Australia wide]. If your order totals more than $120 then shipping is free.

How long does delivery take?

Whilst most of our orders are dispatched on the same day via regular post, please allow up to 5-7 working days for your items to be delivered.

All our deliveries are arranged via Australia Post.

Lost or Damaged Goods

If your order is lost or damaged in transit please email us at hello@sodaandpop.com.au or call 0430 817 068 so that we may assist you.

What is your returns & exchanges policy?

Returns will be accepted on any faulty or wrongly described merchandise within a reasonable timeframe.

You can also return or exchange for change of mind on any full price item, that is unworn and in its original condition within 14 days of delivery.

We are unable to offer returns on sale items unless faulty or wrongly described.

How do I return or exchange an item?

Orders made online via PayPal may be refunded to the same account.

Simply send the item/s you wish to return within 14 days of delivery to the following address;

To expedite the return process please include your full name, reason for return along with the date your item/s were purchased.

If you would like to exchange an item, please inform us of the style, size and colour that you would prefer. The item from the original order will first be returned and a new order containing the exchanged item will be processed. Any discounts received will be carried over in an exchange. We will notify you of your new order number via email once your exchange has been processed.

Please ensure your return parcel is securely packaged and both your address and the SODA&POP return address are clearly displayed on the outside of the parcel. To avoid delivery problems, we encourage sending your return back by registered post.

Orders made via PayPal will be refunded to the original method of payment selected in PayPal at the time of purchase.

If you are returning or exchanging a faulty, damaged or incorrectly described item SODA&POP will cover all packaging and postage costs. For change of mind returns and exchanges, customers are responsible for all return postage costs.
